Payment
Immediate payment of the full amount at the time of booking is required. The total amount can be paid by credit card or bank transfer

Cancellation policy
The booking can be cancelled free of charge according to the conditions of the offer, from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 7 days before check-in. For later cancellations or no-show at the hotel, the amount equal to the entire stay will be charged.

Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts will not charge a cancellation fee if the inability to make the stay is related to the current pandemic event and depends exclusively on one of the following cases: at least one of the members of the booking is subject to compulsory quarantine imposed by the health authorities; it is impossible to reach the booked hotel due to restrictions imposed by the authorities. Refunds or vouchers valid until 31 December 2023 will be issued at the customer's discretion.

Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the booking, in case the health-socio-economic conditions do not allow the provision of services according to the modalities specified in the DPCM.
